The Marquee

We have a number of trusted preferred marquee suppliers to choose from, who we have worked closely with in the past, who not only provide fantastic Marquees at the right price, they are also sympathetic to the environment and the grounds of Willowbrook and leave it perfect for the next wedding. They can provide anything from 2, 3 or 4 hat Teepee’s, traditional pole Marquee, Stretch tent, Sail cloth, etc, so tell us what your vision is and we will point you in the right direction for your dream marquee.

The choice is yours, for all other suppliers including catering!… No restrictions!

The Bar

We provide a fully staffed and stocked bar. Upon receiving the guest count, we custom-build a sectional bar to accommodate the size of your event, ensuring efficient and prompt service for all attendees. Simply let us know your beverage preferences, whether it be draught lagers or cocktails, and we will ensure that everything is fully stocked.

Additionally, we can provide table glassware, wine, welcome drinks, and toasting beverages to enhance your event experience.

For those looking to add a unique touch to their event, we offer the option to rent an additional external bar. Choose from a converted Rice Horse box bar or a vintage cycle bar for a charming outdoor drinking experience under the sun.

Glamping & Camping

With our separate glamping field you have the option to bring along your own tents, caravan’s or campervans, or take advantage of hiring our cosy glamping tents fully equipped for that relaxed vibe. And it’s completely dog friendly!

If you choose to stay and wake up with your guests, why not start your first day as newly weds with the optional ingredients for your guests to cook you a barbecued breakfast before you start your new life together.

Blessings on Site

Although the venue is not yet licensed for weddings and civil services, you can still take advantage of the beautiful, tree lined walk way through the copse, down to a our decked ceremony area for a blessing or humanist ceremony. The decking overlooks rolling countryside, shaded by Willow trees and has the subtle sound of flowing water from the River Ise, which completes that perfect country atmosphere and provides a picturesque setting for those cherished photographs.
