Willowbrook Farm provides a 4 acre venue to hire for outdoor adventure and holistic wellbeing. Whether you’re a school looking for outdoor learning, a business seeking a fresh perspective, or a family celebrating a milestone, our facility offers the perfect backdrop. From wellbeing workshops to nature-based play and teamwork, we bring people together in the heart of the great outdoors.

Community & Youth
Group Hire

Willowbrook Farm offers dedicated land and facility hire for community led outdoor wellbeing and activity sessions.

Exclusive Use: Enjoy sole access to the site for your group’s privacy and safety.

Flexible Booking: Available for one-off events, seasonal or consistent weekly bookings.

Perfect For: Sports days, youth organisations (Scouts/Guides), wellbeing workshops and hobbyist groups.

Run Your Own Way: Bring your own equipment and facilitators. You have the freedom to run it your way……

Willowbrook Farm is a blank canvas for any special occasion. We provide the stunning backdrop; you provide the memories.

Whether you are planning a rustic hen night, a festival-style birthday, or a peaceful outdoor wake, you have the total freedom to design the space as you wish.

You are welcome to bring your own tents and marquees for a completely DIY experience, or we can take the pressure off you and organise your event for you.

Corporate Days & Business Events

Whether you arrive with a fully realised vision or are looking for inspiration, our venue offers the ultimate flexibility, specifically to your company’s goals and culture.

You can hire our land as a blank canvas to design from scratch, or contact us with your ideas and we can organise the event for you.

Activities could include; Archery, Bushcraft, Axe Throwing, creating obstacle courses, points based scavenger hunt, races, fire lighting, shelter building and outdoor cooking, forest bathing and mindfulness, open-air yoga, the list is endless… you decide your theme.

Forest School Parties &
Learning Events

A fun party with a difference. Hire our venue for your child’s birthday party with or without a forest school leader.

Forever Wild CIC, can be booked to run your party which includes:

Fully qualified Forest School Leader who is fully first aid trained

Risk assessments for all activities

Resources to deliver sessions

Experience in dealing with children with special needs

Prices

Available for hire year round Monday – Friday after 3.00 p.m. during term term
9.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m. Weekends and schools holidays

COMMUNITY WELLBEING & YOUTH GROUP HIRE
(Minimum 3 hours hire)
£25 per hour for Sun Room hire – private room with seating – up to 12 people
includes extendable table, chairs, fridge, microwave, toilet and shower facilities – opens out onto farm

Land hire – Small groups up to 30 people
(minimum hire 3 hours)
£30 per hour
Woodland copse and field areas including fire pit, tree swings, hammocks, den building, decking area, access to river

Additional numbers may incur an extra charge for mobile toilet facilities – price varies dependent on numbers
Option to bring your own gazebo’s and marquees

PRIVATE HIRE
Corporate days and celebration events prices on request
