Includes use of electricity and water but no individual hook up

The Bar
Whilst we provide a fully stocked bar for every wedding at Willowbrook Farm, there are many add-on’s you may wish to consider.
We have various packages that people commonly request, our most popular is:
- A welcome drink of your choice*
- 1/2 Bottle of table wine per guest
- Toasting Prosecco
- All table glassware including wine glass, toasting glass, water tumblers & carafes to serve**

* Excludes Champagne & Cocktails (These are available but would incur an additional charge)
** Iced mineral water for carafes is £1.00 per guest extra

We can also cater for pre-paid drinks, bar tabs, open bars, etc. Please let us know your requirement and we will be happy to work out a bespoke quote.
All bars come with a huge selection of drinks that includes; draught & bottled lagers, beers, ales, flavoured ciders, wines to taste, over 30+ variety of gins, 30+ variety of spirits, shots and cocktails.
We will provide glassware, poly carbonate or recyclable glassware depending on your preference.
(we do recommend poly carbonate as it is safer and prevents breakages that can injure bare foot guests on a hot summer’s day).
We always tailor our bars to your taste, let us have your input as to what you like and we will endeavour to provide it.
We can take cash or card.
Our staff are fully trained, licensed, friendly and professional, who will ensure you and your guests have a fantastic day.
Prices are on par with your average pubs. Pint of lagers from £5.00, ales from £5.00, ciders from £4.50, spirits including mixer £5.00, Prosecco £6.00, wine £6.00, cocktails £8.00, soft drinks £2.50.
